Post a list of OpenTutorial related, "To do" items that need attention from the OpenTutorial Community
- Create a "Wanted" page where people can post tutorials they would like to see on OpenTutorial
- Create a templates:stub page
- Complete an Incomplete Tutorial category:incomplete
