A simple Paper Fan

To make a fan, you will need the following materials:

  • Construction paper, 11" x 8 1/2"
  • Stapler

Decorate both sides of a piece of the 11 x 8 1/2-inch construction paper. Beginning at the short side, fold over and under, making 3/4 inch wide strips, down length of the paper.
